Lost your luggage?
 

For services purchased departing from Italian airports.

1) Contact the airline you traveled with to make a claim and fill out the lost or damaged luggage report (property irregularity report - P.I.R.).

2) If you have been the victim of a theft, report it to the relevant authorities.

3) The airline must issue you with a copy of the P.I.R. including a reference number.

4) Before contacting the TrueStar SecureBag Customer Center, make sure you have the following documents:

Copy of the P.I.R. reference number
TrueStar Secure Bag Solution kit

  5) Immediately contact our operators by phone (Call Center), e-mail (securebag@truestargroup.com) or the Internet (Chat Center e Web Call). This must occur within 72 hours of you noticing the damage or theft upon arrival at your destination airport.

6) Write down and keep the reference number given to you by our operators.

7) Click on "Find your luggage" and enter your SecureBag PIN to see whether your luggage has already been found.

If your luggage has not been found, click on “Claim form” and fill it out to begin the compensation process.
